Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle dispatching using SERVICE TITAN to optimize routes, reduce delays, and ensure timely arrivals of service technicians to our customers Manage incoming phone calls through multi-line phone systems, providing clear information and professional support to drivers, clients, and internal teams Maintain accurate data entry of job details, delivery schedules, and freight information within SERVICE TITAN platforms. Communicate effectively with technicians, office staff, and customers to relay estimated times of arrival, updates, and resolve issues promptly. Monitor GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations, analyze route efficiency, and adjust plans as needed for efficient technician operations. Ensure compliance with our company regulations by verifying technician documentation, hours of service calls, and safety issues. Support shipping & receiving activities by coordinating freight movement, managing (supply houses) providers, and overseeing fleet management tasks Experience 3-5 YEARS OF SERVICE TITAN EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! Proven experience in dispatching within road transportation operations or logistics environments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and reporting Effective communication skills for phone call management, internal communication channels, and customer service interactions Knowledge of freight handling procedures, shipping & receiving processes, and fleet management practices Understanding of DOT regulations related to driver hours of service (HOS), safety s Join us in this exciting role where your logistical expertise meets your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
