By putting the right calls with the right technicians, dispatchers help ensure our customers get fast, accurate service while keeping our field teams on track. Your Role As a Dispatcher, you will manage schedules, assign service calls, and keep our technicians moving efficiently throughout the day. While your main focus is dispatching, you’ll also assist with inbound and outbound customer calls as needed, providing support similar to a Customer Service Representative. You’ll live the Mac 5 culture of Teamwork, Attitude, Service, and Consistency , ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for both customers and technicians.
