Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do: Coordinate and dispatch technicians for daily service calls and maintenance visits Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service through ServiceTitan Maintain residential and commercial maintenance agreements ⏱Track employee time, verify clock-ins/outs, and assist with payroll reporting Ensure accurate job costing by allocating labor and service time correctly Manage schedules, PTO requests, and technician availability Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally Assist management with reports and operational support Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Participate in on-call rotation What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Experience with dispatching or scheduling preferred Familiarity with ServiceTitan (or similar software) is a plus HVAC industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required Why Work With Us?
