Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, where you'll be at the heart of service scheduling and client interactions. We are searching for a friendly candidate who has availability some weekday evenings until 7 pm and Saturdays 8 am to 4 pm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, assist assigning technician assignments to jobs. Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle dispatching by utilizing ServiceTitan management systems to assign jobs to technicians efficiently. Monitor GPS and data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely technician arrivals. Communicate with drivers and clients via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear internal communication. Manage technician's schedules, ensuring accurate data entry into ServiceTitan. Handle customer inquiries promptly through phone calls or internal messaging platforms, providing updates on arrival status and resolving issues proactively. Organize jobs by analyzing route options, managing technician's schedules, and coordinating with clients. Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities and internal logs to support operational transparency and analysis. Experience Proven experience in dispatching technicians with familiarity in pluming, electrical and mechanical services. Skilled in customer service with effective communication skills—both verbal and written—and a professional phone etiquette. Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus, but not required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple communication channels while maintaining accuracy in data entry. Demonstrated ability to analyze routing options using GPS/GIS tools to optimize efficiency.
