Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or provide information about services. Collaborate with sales and other departments to address client needs effectively. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery. Assist in resolving complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. Experience with client services and collaboration sales is a plus. Proficient in using office software and technology to assist customers efficiently.
