Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a dependable, friendly office assistant to be the voice of our company and the hub that keeps our technicians on schedule. You’ll be the first person customers talk to, and the person who keeps jobs moving from the first call to the final invoice. What you’ll do Answer incoming customer calls professionally and calmly, including urgent calls like leaks and burst pipes Schedule and dispatch technicians based on job type, location, and availability Communicate with techs in the field and update customers on arrival times Create, track, and close out work orders from start to finish Prepare and send invoices, and follow up on unpaid balances Keep customer records, job notes, and the schedule accurate and up to date Handle general office tasks such as emails, filing, and supply or vendor coordination What we’re looking for [1+ years] of office administration, dispatching, or customer service experience (home services or trades experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person) Clear, friendly phone manner and strong written communication Organized, able to juggle several things at once and stay level-headed when it gets busy Comfortable with computers, email, and invoicing or scheduling software (we’ll train you on our systems; experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or similar is a bonus) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule and pay Full-time, Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Fridays 8:00am – 2:00pm.
