Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Overview The Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative coordinates local Arizona deliveries for a landscape supply company while helping customers with questions and order needs. This role calls for clear communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced dispatch environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate local delivery schedules with drivers and customers. Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and help resolve delivery or service concerns. Share accurate delivery details with relevant team members to support smooth daily operations. Keep dispatch and customer service information organized and up to date. Ability to organize changing priorities and manage details accurately. Comfortable coordinating schedules and sharing timely updates. Experience in dispatch, delivery coordination, or landscape supply is helpful but not required. Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: In person
