Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Must be 25 Years of age to apply Assuring Destinations is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to support daily transportation operations. This role ensures safe, timely, and well‑coordinated trips for students, adults, and medical clients. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Build, update, and manage daily transportation routes. Assign drivers and monitors based on client needs and vehicle requirements. Adjust schedules for cancellations, late pickups, or added trips. Ensure wheelchair‑accessible vehicles are assigned when needed. Communicate professionally with drivers, clients, families, and facilities. Provide real‑time support for delays, route changes, or emergencies. Maintain accurate documentation and logs within transportation software. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Minimum Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older. Must pass a Federal Criminal Background Check . Valid Driver’s License required. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required. 1 year of customer service experience preferred . High School Diploma or GED required. Required Training (Provided if Needed) First Aid/CPR (online) PASS Basic (online) Wheelchair Safety Training Defensive Driving Certificate Why Join Assuring Destinations?
