Job Description: LeChic Transport seeks detail-oriented, proactive Dispatchers to manage daily operations, reservations, and communications, ensuring seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates excel in problem-solving, clear communication, and operational precision. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, handle reservations, client inquiries, and operational requests promptly. Monitor real-time vehicle positioning, schedule accuracy, and proactively manage delays and scheduling conflicts. Maintain accurate reservation details and promptly update operational systems (Limo Anywhere and MyGeoTab). Ensure all trips are finalized accurately for billing and driver payments. Communicate professionally with clients and drivers, maintaining detailed records and clear reporting. Qualifications: Previous dispatch or transportation industry experience preferred. Proficiency with dispatch software (Limo Anywhere and MyGeoTab) is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
