Dispatcher – Avista Medical Supplies Avista Medical Supplies is looking for a responsible, organized, and tech-savvy Dispatcher to coordinate communication between our Customer Service/Intake team and our drivers across four states. Responsibilities: Communicate with drivers throughout the day and help resolve delivery issues. Coordinate with the Customer Service and Intake teams to ensure smooth deliveries. Monitor daily deliveries and assist with scheduling and coordination. Manage multiple tasks while keeping operations running smoothly. Schedule & Location: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. This is an in-person position at our Glen Burnie, Maryland office. Requirements: Must speak English & Spanish! Responsible, reliable, and organized. Comfortable using computers and technology. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Able to work independently and solve problems.
