Dispatcher

Job Title: Dispatcher, Edmonton, AB Job Overview We currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team for our bulk fuel operation located in Edmonton, AB. The Dispatcher will work closely with customers and drivers scheduling the day’s deliveries. This position is a local position, on an 10/4 rotation. Key Accountabilities: Complete fuel orders from customers Plan fuel routes for drivers and making changes when required Advise drivers of route and traffic problems Communicating with customers Routine and regular administrative work On call responsibility when on-shift Education and Experience: Must have a Grade 12 or a GED Valid Class 1 driver's license Previous experience in a dispatch role an asset Previous experience in fuel delivery an asset Skills and Knowledge: Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills Ability to read and write fluently in English Motivation and ability to work well independently or within a team environment Superior organizational skills; high attention to detail High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Drive Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent ability to multi-task and adapt to changing work schedules and conditions Must be able to adapt to changing environment While we appreciate all applicants, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
