Now Hiring: Dispatcher – Aaron Paramedical Services Location: Calgary, Alberta Position Type: Full-Time Aaron Paramedical Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatcher to join our dedicated team. We are looking to add to our existing dispatch team as we are rapidly expanding. This is an exciting opportunity for an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) or Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) looking to bring their skills into a dynamic operations environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer and coordinate incoming calls from clients Create and manage work orders for medical transfers and event coverage Prepare quotes for services and jobs Schedule and assign medics to events and transfers Assist with coverage of transfers or events when staffing is short Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery Requirements: Valid Class 4 Driver’s License with no more than 6 demerits Must be a registered EMR or PCP in good standing Willingness to fill in for field shifts when needed Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Office or dispatch experience is an asset – but not required; training will be provided Why Join Us?
