Dispatcher (Full-Time) Location: King of Prussia, PA Join one of the largest and most respected ground transportation companies serving the Philadelphia Tri-State area and beyond! We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our fleet is the region’s largest, with modern, well-maintained sedans, SUVs, limousines, mini-buses, and sprinters. As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating trips, supporting our professional drivers, and ensuring our clients receive timely, reliable service. Schedule This position supports anticipated growth tied to major events scheduled in the Philadelphia area in 2026. Shifts and days will be assigned based on operational needs and candidate availability and may include: Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts Weekend and possible overnight coverage Schedules determined once a candidate is selected Overtime opportunities available Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch a diverse fleet of vehicles to ensure on-time service Monitor trip progress and proactively resolve scheduling or routing issues Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and team members Manage and prioritize multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment Use dispatch software and related technology effectively to maintain accurate records Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Collaborate with fellow dispatchers, customer service, and management to meet company goals Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching preferred but not required (transportation, EMT, military, 911, or similar environment preferred) Fleet dispatching or customer service experience preferred but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong memory, decision-making skills, and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Friendly and professional team player Proficiency with computers and strong phone communication skills Knowledge of the Philadelphia Regional Area (preferred) Professional chauffeur experience a plus Why Join Us?
