Dispatcher

R MANN TRUCKING LTD is looking for an experienced and motivated Trucking Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in trucking dispatch, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate drivers and loads efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch company drivers and owner-operators for daily loads. Communicate with brokers, shippers, receivers, and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Plan and optimize routes to improve efficiency and minimize delays. Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and brokers. Arrange appointments for pickups and deliveries. Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with applicable hours-of-service regulations. Resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, and other transportation-related issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, and drivers. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in trucking dispatch . Knowledge of the North American trucking industry, including Canadian and U.S. routes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills and proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and dispatch software. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
