Dispatcher Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle dispatches, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and service technicians. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency with dispatching software to facilitate smooth operations across our HVAC services, warranty claims, and permitting processes. Duties Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries from customers, providing professional and courteous assistance. Coordinate and dispatch service vehicles efficiently using Vehicle Dispatch Software such as Housecall Pro. Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding schedules, job details, and any changes. Handle warranty claims and permiting processes as needed to ensure compliance and timely service delivery. Prioritize and organize daily dispatch schedules to optimize service coverage and response times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, customer interactions, and job statuses. Collaborate with team members to improve dispatch procedures and overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, phone communication, or dispatching roles preferred. Familiarity with vehicle dispatch software such as Housecall Pro or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of HVAC industry practices, warranty claims, and permitting processes is a plus but not required. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
