Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Dispatcher to manage daily moving operations and support our drivers, crews, and customers. This role is central to keeping our operation running smoothly and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet. Key Responsibilities Schedule and assign daily moving jobs to drivers, crews, and equipment Coordinate routes and adjust schedules based on job flow and changing needs Maintain constant communication with drivers throughout the day Act as the primary point of contact between customers and moving teams Troubleshoot delays, staffing issues, and logistical challenges in real time Track job progress and ensure accurate documentation Collaborate closely with Operations and Management to improve efficiency Uphold company standards for service quality, safety, and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior dispatch, logistics, transportation, or moving industry experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using dispatch software, routing tools, and standard office technology Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset Team player with a customer-first attitude What We Offer Competitive salary ($50K–$75K depending on experience) Opportunity for growth within a stable and expanding company Supportive, team-oriented work environment On-the-job training and professional development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
