Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced logistics dispatcher to join our team and deliver outstanding service to both our customers and our carriers. This is an in person role with a 4 day a week work schedule located in Holland, MI. If you have prior over the road dispatch experience and are we a self motivated person, we would love to talk to you. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain clear and consistent communication with carrier partners, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delays, and any other relevant information. Accurately maintain dispatch records, including shipment details and delivery confirmations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety standards and transportation laws. Analyze processes and suggest continuously improvements. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the LTL transportation industry with proven results. Thorough understanding of DOT regulations, routing principles, and dispatch software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Negotiation skills. Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) 2 or more year of freight broker experience This position is a 4-day work schedule first shift. Salary is based on level of experience.
