Overview We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Founder/Creative Director to lead the vision, strategy, and creative direction of our organization. Duties Develop and articulate a compelling organizational vision and strategic plan aligned with our mission and values Lead the creative direction across all programs, branding initiatives, and outreach efforts to ensure consistency and impact Oversee business development activities including fundraising campaigns, partnership cultivation, and revenue-generating initiatives Manage executive-level teams and supervise staff to foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and innovation Oversee financial management including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit financial standards Cultivate strong relationships with board members, stakeholders, community partners, and funders to support organizational growth Implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across all departments Lead strategic planning sessions to set short-term objectives and long-term goals for organizational expansion Drive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and engagement within target communities Ensure effective governance by maintaining open communication channels with the board of directors and supporting their strategic oversight Qualifications Proven experience in corporate strategy development coupled with executive leadership in a nonprofit or social enterprise setting Strong background in business management, including operations management, financial oversight, and team supervision Demonstrated success in fundraising for nonprofit organizations or social ventures to support business development efforts Expertise in strategic planning, nonprofit financial management, and nonprofit management best practices Experience collaborating with board members and senior leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to nonprofit or social enterprise sectors Prior experience managing budgets at an executive level along with operational oversight responsibilities Passion for entrepreneurship combined with a strategic mindset focused on sustainable growth and community impact Join us as we shape the future of our organization through visionary leadership and innovative strategies.
