Mallory Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53221 Posted 3 months ago $22 - $25 per hour DOE USD / Year Website All City Towing Second Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 3PM – 11PM Our Dispatchers are central to the success of our operations, so we are looking for top individuals to bring a “can do” attitude with excellent customer service skills. Job Description: Receive and dispatch calls from customers, law enforcement agencies, etc. utilizing a computer dispatch system. Relay requests to drivers. Assist with route planning as needed. Keep accurate record of calls. Maintain contact with customers and drivers as needed for efficient call completion, safety of drivers and customers, and excellent customer service. Job Duties/Responsibilities Assign tows to drivers fairly and equitably for the most efficient service levels. Communicate all information regarding pickup, transit, and delivery to drivers. Maintain professional demeanor. Communicate professionally with all customers and staff. Good interpersonal skills, working well with a wide range of individuals. Manage customer service issues in real time in a professional manner. Complete paperwork and enter required data into computer as required. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous dispatch experience or call center experience. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience Basic Computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented. Works well under pressure.
