This role is essential in coordinating and managing communication channels to ensure the efficient operation of dispatch activities. Responsibilities Coordinating and dispatching service requests efficiently and effectively. Maintaining accurate records of all dispatch operations and activities. Communicating with field personnel to ensure timely and precise service delivery. Handling inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and clarity. Responding to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly. Collaborating with team members to optimize dispatch operations. Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using dispatch and communication systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in a dispatch or customer service role is preferred. Required Work Hours The position requires availability for flexible work hours to meet the needs of the business operations.
