We are looking for dispatchers!! Our dispatchers work 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts Looking for day time and night time shifts Patriot Towing and recovery is looking for a reliable, motivated Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and work well with others. This position plays a critical role in coordinating drivers, managing incoming calls, and ensuring jobs are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and committed to supporting both customers and drivers with professionalism and urgency. Responsibilities Dispatch and monitor drivers throughout the day/night Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, law enforcement, and partner agencies Intake, organize, and relay accurate job information Track active jobs and update statuses in real time Prioritize calls and make quick, informed decisions Maintain professionalism during high-volume or stressful situations Support team operations and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Attention to detail and situational awareness Comfortable using computers, phones, and dispatch software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-player mentality Prior dispatching or towing industry experience is a plus, but not required Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
