Dispatcher

This is a full-time, on-site Motor Coach Operator position based in the Los Angeles area. The Motor Coach Operator will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from scheduled destinations while providing professional and courteous customer service. Daily responsibilities include operating 56-passenger motorcoaches, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, following assigned itineraries, and ensuring compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT), California Highway Patrol (CHP), and company safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate trip documentation, reporting vehicle defects or maintenance concerns, communicating with dispatch and operations personnel, and ensuring passengers have a safe, comfortable, and positive travel experience.
