We specialize in police-initiated tows, private client towing, and medium- to heavy-duty towing recovery operations. Our team is committed to safety, professionalism, and responsive service. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Towing Service Dispatcher to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in police-initiated dispatching, private account service coordination, and medium/heavy-duty towing logistics. You will be the central point of communication for tow truck operators, law enforcement, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch tow trucks for police-initiated, private property, and heavy-duty calls using computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software. Monitor and coordinate tow truck activity in real-time. Communicate professionally with law enforcement personnel, customers, and tow operators. Facilitate vehicle releases in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements. Accurately record tow and release information and maintain up-to-date records. Handle problem -solving and unexpected challenges in a calm, efficient manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws/regulations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a dispatcher in the towing industry or related (required) Experience with police-initiated towing dispatch protocols. Familiarity with medium-and heavy-duty towing procedures. Proficient with CAD systems and general office software. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience working with law enforcement contracts.
