Dispatcher

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role works closely with the Project Coordinator, Field Supervisors, and cross-functional departments to forecast, plan, and coordinate future scheduling and staffing needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient field operations while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards. This position is local to Lloydminster AB. Living/Travel accommodations will NOT be provided. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in and comply with all company safety policies and programs Plan, coordinate, and direct field-level work to ensure operational efficiency Create, maintain, and monitor driver schedules Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges Deliver excellent customer service and effective problem resolution Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and reporting Must be available to work nightshifts Qualifications & Requirements Previous dispatching experience Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in computer systems and applications Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Axon, WiQ, Ironsight, or Motive is considered an asset How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your resume along with references to hr@scorpionoil.ca .
