We work with online marketplaces, third-party logistics providers, and retailers to support their e-commerce delivery needs. Job Summary SpeedX is seeking a dedicated and efficient Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound freight, managing parcels for last-mile delivery, and overseeing the full life cycle of parcel delivery processes. Responsibilities Coordinate the transportation of inbound and outbound freight. Schedule and assign drivers for parcel delivery routes. Track and monitor the movement of parcels from origin to destination. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Handle any issues or delays in delivery promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery status. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other software tools to optimize delivery routes and maximize efficiency. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety guidelines. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is required.
