This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and dispatch fuel delivery orders to drivers in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate driver schedules and routes to meet customer needs and response time goals Communicate effectively with customers regarding service requests, schedules, and updates Support drivers with any on-road or customer-related issues Maintain accurate records of deliveries and service requests Bi-Lingual a Plus Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and dispatch/invoicing software Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Previous dispatch or logistics experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend rotation Rotate weekend dispatch rotation.
