Dispatcher – Easy Garage Door (Houston, TX 77025) ABOUT US Easy Garage Door is a fast-growing, family-owned garage door company serving the Houston Metro Area. We specialize in garage door repair, replacement, and installation. We're a newer company that's growing quickly, and we're looking for motivated people who want to grow with us. We're looking for an experienced dispatcher with great customer service skills who can keep our technicians moving and our customers happy. SCHEDULE & LOCATION - In person at our office in Houston, TX 77025 - Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM - You must live in Houston within a reasonable commute of our office (77025). This is a daily, in-person role and reliability is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service - Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day - Keep technicians on time and adjust routes when plans change - Communicate with customers about arrival times, delays, and follow-ups - Book new jobs and follow up on estimates - Keep Housecall Pro and customer records accurate and up to date - Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally - Work closely with the office team to keep the day running smoothly QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (home service industry strongly preferred) - Excellent customer service and phone skills - Lives in Houston, close to our 77025 office - Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure - Experience with dispatch or CRM software (Housecall Pro is a big plus) - Home service experience is a plus (garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) COMPENSATION $[XX] to $[XX] per hour, based on experience WHY JOIN EASY GARAGE DOOR? - Get in early with a new, growing company and grow with it - Family-owned company with a supportive team - Stable, full-time position - Room for advancement as the company grows ABOUT YOU You're motivated, dependable, and great with people.
