Performance bonus potential Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break Must have weekend availability Will require some weekends and evenings Benefits 100% Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Disability & Term Life Insurance Matching 401k benefits On-going training & development, & growth opportunities Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What YOU will do: Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information as necessary Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency Monitor field technicians in order to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information as necessary What YOU will bring: Previous Dispatcher experience (preferred) Strong attention to details Conscientious, team player Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude Clear background check and drug screen applicable per law To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.
