Gofo Inc调度员 / Dispatcher 你是否具备良好的沟通能力与组织协调能力？是否擅长在快节奏环境中安排运输计划并解决突发问题？我们正在寻找一位中英文流利、具备调度经验的调度员，协助管理卡车运输调度工作，保障物流顺畅高效。 职位简介 | Position Summary 调度员将负责与各卡车公司协调沟通，安排并监督 ATA 至 ASCAN 阶段之间的卡车运输，确保运输准时、高效且成本可控。该岗位需要数据处理能力、调度优化能力，以及一定的物流系统使用经验。 As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate and oversee truck transfers between the ATA and ASCAN stages by working closely with trucking companies. You will be responsible for maintaining scheduling records, ensuring punctuality and efficiency, and continuously optimizing dispatch operations. 岗位职责 | Responsibilities 与多家卡车公司沟通，安排并监督卡车在 ATA 与 ASCAN 阶段之间的转运 Communicate with various trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages 维护并更新卡车排班表，确保记录准确、实时 Maintain and update the truck scheduling spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records 监控发车准时率、到达率和载重效率 Monitor and ensure the punctuality, arrival rate, and load efficiency of truck departuresOptimize trucking scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiencyEnsure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operationsOther tasks assigned 任职要求 | Requirements 优化排班成本，同时保持运营效率 确保卡车调度与转运工作的高标准质量和效率 完成其他上级安排的任务 英文流利，西班牙语或者中文流利 （口语和书写） Fluency in both English and Mandarin is better, we still accept only English 有调度或相关领域经验者优先 Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred 具备数据分析与快速决策能力 Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quicklyFamiliarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is a plusKnowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practicesProficient in using software for logistics management, and in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail 工作地点 Location ：1080 SE 5th St, Suite 300 Hialeah, FL 33010（Old warehouse address老仓库） 6703 NW 7th St Miami, FL 33126（New warehouse address新仓库） Must be willing to work at two office locations. 工作时间 Schedule ：轮班制（早班/晚班）；可含周末班次; Morning shift or Night shift, may have weekend shift. 薪资范围 Salary Range ：19-23/hour 申请方式 How to Apply : message 6265963892 or send your resume to rebecca.zhao@gofo.com Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
