Transdev in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc. Provide customer support by responding to questions and concernsregardingcustomer trips including no shows,cancellationsand missed trips. Manage emergency situations for vehicleoperators,act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services. Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations thatimpactcustomer service. Other duties asrequired. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred. 3-5 years' experience dispatching. Excellent verbal,interpersonaland customer service skills. Problem solving and analytical skills. Subject toa DOTdrug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Physical Requirements Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. The employee isgenerally subjectedtolong periodsspent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. Workenvironment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
