Available Shift: Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday - Saturday: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner Manage critical incidents, service disruptions, and real-time operational challenges Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including: On-time performance Appointment adherence Passenger onboard time Route efficiency Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to ensure service goals are met Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional during service disruptions or emergencies Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience preferred Commitment to providing safe, reliable, and caring service Why Join Transit Team?
