Dispatcher

Description: As a Dispatcher at Pro the Distance Plumbing, you will be at the heart of our operations. This role involves coordinating the daily dispatch of personnel and vehicles, managing communications, and ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently. Your work will directly impact our success and customer satisfaction in the home services industry. Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch workers, equipment, or service vehicles. Use dispatch software to keep track of vehicles and job statuses. Communicate with customers and team members to provide updates and resolve issues. Prioritize service calls and allocate resources accordingly. Maintain records of dispatches, routes, and other relevant information. Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in dispatch or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Proficiency with computers and dispatch software.
