Dispatcher

Description: Summary: Pella is looking for a Dispatch team member for the Nashville office. Dispatch team members are responsible for coordination deliveries to customers and job sites. Essential Duties: Responsible for scheduling and routing deliveries for customers. Maintain a computer routing system. Prepare all delivery/pick up documents for delivery drivers. Utilize maps/internet tools/driver experience to insure efficient routing. Coordinate with warehouse to make sure all product is assembled/prefinished prior to scheduling delivery. Review completed delivery documents for accuracy and follow up on any issues. Other duties as directed by Management. Requirements: Qualifications: A minimum of 1 years relevant work experience in a fast paced office environment. Able to perform accurate work in a timely manner following Company policies. Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong verbal and communication skills. Able to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work. Able to work in team environment.
