Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual Dispatcher to join our logistics team. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with callers, emergency personnel, and other stakeholders. The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from the public, quickly assessing situations, determining the appropriate response, and dispatching the necessary emergency services to the incident location. The Dispatcher must also provide instructions to callers when needed, maintain accurate communication, and remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
