Responsibilities Manage transportation schedules using transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize routing and delivery times Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently Utilize supply chain knowledge to monitor freight movements, resolve delays, and adjust plans as needed Input data accurately into systems such as AS400 and SyteLine for shipment tracking and documentation Communicate clearly with drivers and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating professional phone etiquette Maintain detailed shipping & receiving records, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies Analyze shipping data to identify trends, improve processes, and support continuous operational improvements Experience Proven experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) and supply chain operations Familiarity with third-party logistics providers (3PL) environments is a plus Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in fast-paced settings Excellent analysis skills to interpret freight data and optimize logistics workflows Proficiency in using systems such as AS400 and SyteLine for order processing and inventory management Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with polished phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Join us in this energetic role where your organizational prowess and technical expertise will drive our logistics success!
