Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and professional Dispatcher to join our team in Holland, Ohio. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, remain organized in a fast-paced environment, and effectively coordinate service requests and resources. This position requires strong PC/computer skills and familiarity with VOIP phone systems . The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers and team members, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring information is accurately documented and communicated. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch service requests to the appropriate technicians or teams. Answer and manage incoming calls using a VOIP phone system. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Monitor service requests and provide updates regarding schedules and assignments. Enter and maintain accurate information using computer systems. Prioritize multiple requests and respond appropriately to changing needs. Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation. Escalate issues when necessary and follow established procedures. Provide excellent customer service throughout the dispatch process. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous dispatch, customer service, call center, or related experience preferred. Strong PC/computer experience required. Experience with VOIP phone systems preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate information clearly, confidently, and professionally. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be comfortable working onsite in Holland, OH .
