Weekend Dispatcher | Keep the Fleet Moving! Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? CNC's Drilling Division is searching for a Weekend Dispatcher who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to keep drivers, customers, and operations running smoothly. Part-Time Position with Potential to Grow into Full-Time What You'll Be Doing ✅ Schedule and dispatch drivers to the right locations ✅ Monitor truck locations and make adjustments when needed ✅ Maintain constant communication with drivers throughout their shifts ✅ Coordinate with disposal facilities and customers ✅ Answer incoming calls and respond quickly to changing conditions ✅ Use GPS, mapping systems, and tank level reports to make informed decisions ✅ Provide a smooth handoff to the next dispatcher at shift change ✅ Be the calm voice that keeps operations moving when things get busy What We're Looking For ✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) ✔ Strong communication skills with both drivers and customers ✔ Ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations ✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities ✔ Ability to follow established procedures while adapting to changing priorities ✔ Willingness to work weekends, days, and/or nights as needed Dispatcher Career Levels Dispatcher Level 1 Successfully complete dispatcher training and evaluation Work assigned schedule reliably Follow all company procedures Complete all required shift responsibilities Navigate mapping systems, tank level sheets, and vehicle GPS Minimum 2 years of saltwater dispatching or similar dispatch experience Dispatcher Level 2 Successfully complete dispatcher training and evaluation Work assigned schedule reliably Follow all company safety procedures Complete all required shift responsibilities Minimum 4+ years of saltwater dispatching or related dispatch experience Why You'll Like This Role Be at the center of daily operations Work closely with drivers, customers, and field teams Solve real-world challenges every day Opportunity to grow into a full-time position Join a team that depends on your communication and decision-making skills If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things moving, we'd love to hear from you!
