Dispatcher

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized dispatcher to help our operations team prioritize and efficiently route our drivers. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and driver documentation in addition to handling Operational requests. You should have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. If this sounds promising, apply today! Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Qualifications We prefer applicants with 3-5 years of experience as a service dispatcher Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Applicants should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions Responsibilities Work closely with operations to ensure that drivers are efficiently routed and can dynamically adjust routes when needed Must be able to communicate with drivers and site management Dispatch resources based on transfer station data and operations team input Organize dispatch documents Maintain records of service calls and arrival times Initiate service calls when necessary
