Dispatcher

Title: Service Dispatcher We are hiring motivated personnel looking to join our growing company and become a part of our team! Our company specializes in commercial grease trap cleaning, grease trap maintenance, and hydro jetting services throughout the DMV area. Job Description: The dispatcher is responsible for overseeing daily field operations by coordinating service drivers, managing schedules and routes, and maintaining communication between drivers, customers, and management. Ensures timely service delivery, efficient dispatching, and smooth day-to-day operations. Examples of duties include: Dispatch and coordinate daily schedules for our service trucks/drivers Communicate regularly with drivers to monitor job progress, schedules, and service needs Stay in close contact with customers/clients regarding appointment scheduling, arrival times, delays, and service updates Handle scheduling changes and unexpected situations throughout the day Coordinate daily routes to maximize productivity and minimize unnecessary drive time Follow up on completed and missed appointments Help ensure excellent customer service Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage several moving parts Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Knowledge of dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience Computer skills and experience Managing experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) Required Previous dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience Reliable transportation High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook Strong work ethic and positive attitude, along with pleasant disposition and ability to work well with others Service route building familiarity or experience Salary: $18-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
