Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Truck Dispatcher to dispatch over-the-road (OTR) drivers. The ideal candidate should be organized, a strong communicator, and able to keep drivers moving while ensuring loads are delivered safely and on time. Job Responsibilities: Find and book loads for OTR drivers. Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers. Negotiate rates and maximize load profitability. Track loads and provide updates on pickup and delivery times. Handle paperwork, rate confirmations, and dispatch details. Keep drivers moving efficiently while minimizing downtime. Requirements: Previous trucking dispatch experience preferred. Knowledge of load boards and freight brokers. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple drivers. Must be dependable, professional, and results-driven. Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
