Dispatcher

We are hiring a Dispatcher to join our dispatch team. We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment. Responsibilities Coordinate trips and communicate with chauffeurs. Monitor trip progress, chauffeur availability, and flight or train updates. Review schedules to ensure enough time between jobs and prevent delays. Respond to calls and emails from customers, chauffeurs, and team members. Keep reservation details and trip statuses accurate in our dispatch system. Handle schedule changes and assist with service issues. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software. Dispatch or transportation experience preferred.
