Dispatch Coordinator – Brighton, CO Pay: $23.50–$24.00/hr Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 3x12-Hour Shifts Day Shift: 5:00 AM–5:30 PM | $23.50/hr Night Shift: 5:30 PM–6:00 AM | $24.00/hr Location: Brighton, CO Seasonal Position We are hiring Dispatch Coordinators to support a fast-paced warehouse and transportation operation. This position is ideal for someone with logistics, dispatch, shipping/receiving, or warehouse administrative experience who is comfortable working with drivers, shipment documentation, and computer systems. Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities Process shipment information and maintain accurate records Check drivers in and out and direct them to appropriate dock/staging areas Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and leadership Verify shipment and receiving information and assist with inventory transactions Perform data entry, reporting, filing, and other administrative duties Help resolve shipment documentation and transportation-related issues Qualifications: Previous logistics, warehouse, transportation, dispatch, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong data entry and documentation skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment WMS/TMS experience is a plus Apply today for immediate consideration! #nowhiring
