Dispatcher – Professional Locksmith Company on Oahu We are seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for Isle Locksmith Inc. We are a professional, family-owned locksmith company proudly serving the island of Oahu and successfully growing since 2017. This is a remote position but candidate needs to reside on Oahu. Training is provided—we will equip you with the basic locksmith knowledge and systems training needed to confidently answer calls, schedule jobs, and coordinate our technicians while working from home. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and have a professional work ethic. Confidence is a must! Responsibilities: ● Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails in a professional and timely manner ● Coordinate and dispatch jobs to locksmith technicians efficiently ● Schedule, assign, and manage daily job flow using company software ● Input job details into the system, update job status, and close completed jobs ● Send estimates and follow up with customers as needed ● Provide accurate pricing and basic information to customers on locksmith services ● Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated ● Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and technicians ● Work on-call as scheduled, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly ● Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, calm, and helpful attitude ● Stay organized, proactive, and able to multitask ● Learn and retain basic locksmith knowledge to better assist customers Qualifications: ● Must reside on Oahu and be able to work remotely ● Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) ● Must have a computer or laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, and a smartphone ● Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/dispatch software ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to manage phone calls professionally, clearly, and efficiently ● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills ● Excellent listening skills and ability to stay focused ● Background check required due to the nature of the industry Join Our Growing Team If you are looking for a remote position with a growing local company, and you enjoy helping customers while staying organized and efficient, we would love to hear from you.
