Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable, organized Night Dispatcher to coordinate truck movements, communicate with drivers, and help keep overnight transportation operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Dispatch trucks and drivers based on scheduled loads and operational needs. Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, delays, changes, and delivery updates. Monitor truck movements and shipment status throughout the shift. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate dispatch records, driver information, and delivery documentation. Respond to changing priorities and keep operations informed of delays or concerns. Qualifications Previous dispatch, transportation, trucking, or logistics experience required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and making decisions during overnight operations. Basic computer skills and experience with dispatch or transportation systems preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Schedule This is a night shift position supporting active trucking and transportation operations. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours and communicating regularly with drivers throughout the shift.
