About the Role We're looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Dispatcher / Customer Experience Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly. You would be apart of a 2 person team that also works with the back of house office member/ office manager. Communication and accuracy is key. The current team is incredibly kind, you will love them. You'll be apart of the communication hub between customers, technicians, and leadership. This role goes beyond answering phones and scheduling appointments. You'll help create an exceptional customer experience, solve problems, and support the success of our entire team. Key Responsibilities Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently. Communicate appointment details and updates to customers and technicians. Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and schedules in Jobber. Prioritize service requests and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, and if you need assistance we can totally help with that. Follow up on outstanding requests and commitments. Work with leadership to improve scheduling, communication, and daily operations. Who We're Looking For Someone who genuinely wants to be apart of something amazing! Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software, Jobber experience is a plus! Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused. Willing to receive feedback, take ownership, and grow. A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people. Previous dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred. Home service industry experience is a plus, but not required.
