Dispatch Team Member

Job Summary As a dispatch team member, you will book jobs, coordinate technician timelines, answer phones, and get paid to scroll/comment on social media throughout the day! Duties Coordinate timelines for customers to have a technician out to their property. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle phone calls professionally, and share timely updates with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Comment on social media post to generate job leads. There is a paid spiff for booked leads! Your impact: Accurate dispatching and clear updates help technicians stay coordinated and customers receive dependable service. Be resilient to changes when they occur. Skills Strong communication, customer service, phone etiquette, organizational, typing, and analysis skills. Experience with dispatching and phone call management is valuable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, data entry, social media (specifically Facebook and Facebook Groups), and ServiceTitan. Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and manage changing priorities.
