Dispatch Specialist

Position: Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher Location:- Hopkinton, MA (Remote Role) Contract position This is a 100% remote position. The schedule will be:       West Coast: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM       East Coast: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM Please confirm with candidates that they’re available to work the 10:30 AM–7:00 PM schedule Duties: The Service Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, logistics and dispatching technicians when new service calls are opened. This role is integral for maintaining the company database with the most current information and will effectively and professionally communicate with cross-functional teams, leaders and customers to ensure that we are providing world-class customer service. Skills: Strong customer service background. Experience working in a call center environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required. Prior dispatching experience preferred. Keywords: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Additional education in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Relevant customer service, call center, or dispatching experience may be considered in lieu of additional education. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
