Dispatch Operator for Security

Responsibilities Dispatch security personnel promptly in response to incidents or alarms, ensuring swift and effective action. Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, security staff, and emergency responders via radio, phone, or internal messaging systems. Document incidents accurately through detailed report writing, including loss prevention activities and conflict management situations. Assist with access control procedures by verifying identities of visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors. Support internal communication efforts by providing timely updates on security status or incidents to relevant departments. Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching, law enforcement, or security operations; call center experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey information clearly under pressure. Basic math skills for report documentation and incident analysis. Ability to operate typing devices efficiently for report writing and data entry tasks. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies. Familiarity with security protocols within environments such as casinos or similar high-security facilities is advantageous.
