SUMMARY: The Roofing Production Coordinator supports the Operations Manager across roofing and construction projects, including gutters, siding, doors, windows, skylights, solar energy PV projects, inspections, recon, and related work. This non-supervisory role coordinates scheduling, job readiness, materials, customer care, and administration with customers, field crews, technicians, sales estimators, department managers, and administrative and finance teams to keep projects organized, crews supplied, and customers informed. Responsibilities: · Coordinate installation, repair, and dispatch schedules with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimate Coordinators, Sales Estimators, field crews, and subcontractors. · Support job setup, confirm readiness and installation dates, and coordinate dumpsters and other job-site logistics. · Coordinate material orders and deliveries with suppliers and warehouse staff; track inventory and availability in ServiceTitan. · Monitor weather and update homeowners on schedules, delays, and project progress. · Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress and outstanding tasks. · Manage service tickets, maintain accurate customer and job records, and update project statuses in ServiceTitan and scheduling software. · Follow up on leads, estimates, cancellations, and customer concerns. · Collect job photos, completion reports, and required documentation; support closeouts and warranty paperwork. · Maintain accurate billing documentation, process technician timesheets, and provide production and branch administrative support. Compliance and Issue Reporting: · Verify local permit requirements and confirm required permits are issued before work starts on reroofs, new roofs, major repairs, structural deck/sheathing/framing repairs, material or slope/system changes, rooftop solar, skylights, vents, and structural penetrations. Confirm local repair-area thresholds. · Coordinate verification of applicable climate-zone cool-roof and Title 24 requirements and approvals for high-altitude or specialized systems, including torch-down roofing. Confirm applicable Cal/OSHA permits for scaffolding and construction or demolition involving structures over 36 feet; track inspections and documentation. · Follow company processes and procedures for job execution. · Help resolve scheduling conflicts and report scheduling issues to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager. · Immediately report job order discrepancies and related issues to the appropriate department. Qualifications: · Proactive and organized, with excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills. · Able to work independently and adapt well under pressure. · Proven experience coordinating crews and competing priorities in a fast-paced residential roofing and construction environment. · Additional trades experience is a plus.
