Dispatch Coordinator
AZ ContractingMaze Roofing is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. We need someone who is great on the phone, knows how to communicate with customers, and can manage our sales reps' schedules throughout the day. *Main Responsibilities:* - Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with potential customers. - Speak with leads, ask the right questions, and make sure they are qualified before scheduling appointments. - Dispatch our sales representatives to qualified leads based on their location and availability. - Manage and organize appointments to keep our sales reps' schedules full and efficient. - Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and avoid cancellations. - Stay on top of the daily schedule and make adjustments when needed. - Communicate constantly with our sales team to make sure appointments are handled properly. - Keep accurate notes and update customer information in our system. *What We're Looking For:* - Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence. - Someone who is confident speaking with customers and knows how to handle different situations. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and appointments. - Someone who takes responsibility, follows up, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks. - Good computer skills and ability to learn our scheduling and CRM systems. - Previous experience in dispatching, appointment setting, customer service, or roofing is a plus. *What Matters Most to Us:* We are looking for someone who is on top of everything, communicates clearly, and understands that every lead is important.
